The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. Our AI caption generation is powered by the OpenAI API (GPT-4o-mini model). By using our Service, you acknowledge that caption generation is also subject to OpenAI’s Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that:

3.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

- Violates the terms of service of any social media platform on which you intend to post the content
- Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience
- Targets or is intended to harm minors in any way
You also agree not to:

We do not claim any ownership over captions generated through our Service.
However, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may not always be unique. Other users with similar inputs may receive similar outputs. We make no guarantee of exclusivity.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. You must ensure that any content you post complies with applicable laws, platform terms, and does not infringe third-party rights.
- We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your publication or use of AI-generated captions, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or platform policy violations.
- The use of AI-generated content is subject to OpenAI’s Usage Policies, which you agree to comply with.
5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, layout, code, branding, logo, written content (excluding AI-generated captions), graphics, and all other materials, is owned by or licensed to CaptionMakerAI and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the Site’s content or design without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
5.2 Your Inputs
You retain ownership of any text, information, or content you submit as inputs to the caption generator (your niche, post topic, etc.). By submitting inputs, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit that content to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating your captions.
You confirm that any inputs you provide do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
6. Disclaimers and No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time
- Any captions generated will be accurate, suitable for your purpose, or free from errors
- Generated captions will result in increased social media engagement, followers, or views
- Generated content will be unique or that it has not been generated for other users
- The Service will be compatible with your device, browser, or operating system
- Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected
AI-generated content can sometimes produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. You should always review and exercise your own judgement before publishing any AI-generated content.
We are not responsible for the performance of third-party services including OpenAI (caption generation), Google (analytics and advertising), or any hosting provider. Outages or errors in these services may affect availability of the Site or Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
